An invalid directory structure for Microsoft Dynamic AX was detected

The subdirectory C:\Program Files (x86)\ Microsoft Dynamic AX\60\Client\bin does not exits.

But if this account use another computer is ok, not have error

I try to logout user or restart computer, then reinstall AX but same

You are most likely opening AX client by clicking an .axc (AX Configuration) file. This file can't be shared across users who have used different directories for installing AX.

So take a look into that file (with Notepad) and update the "C:\Program Files (x86)\ Microsoft Dynamic AX\60\Client\bin" references to match the actual AX client installation directory on your computer.

Maybe in your computer it's D:\Program Files (x86)\ Microsoft Dynamic AX\60\Client\bin. Or something else.

I checked and C:\Program Files (x86)\ Microsoft Dynamic AX\60\Client\bin is correct client installation directory

    Not in other places :(

So are you 100% sure that in the PC where you got this error, you have a directory called C:\Program Files (x86)\ Microsoft Dynamic AX\60\Client\bin?

Anyway you can always create a new configuration on this PC by opening the AX Configuration Utility, setting up the connection info to the right AOS, and saving the file. That config file should work for sure on that PC.

You can open the configuration file that you already have and look from there.

Open it on the PC where the config file works correctly. Use the Dynamics AX Configuration utility to open it.

Then, on the other PC (where you have the issue), use the AX Configuration utility to create a configuration that has the same values than the one on the other computer.
