Hi Community,
I have a default user profile called Accounting Manager, when i did a test. I realize that it was not able to access Bank Acc. Statements.
I conclude that the user personalization - "Accounting Manager" does not include Bank Acc. Statements.
May I know how can I insert this page into the User Personalization?

However, since the profile was not able to access the Bank Acc. Statement page, hence I can't go to the page to "save view as" as well.

Hi, If the user has insufficient permissions, you need to set the permission in Permission Sets, and then go to the User page and add the permission to the user.
If you just want to add this page to the Role Center, this requires a small customization.
I recommend that you use the Save View As feature below to add this page to Home so that it is easy to access.
