I am using R2 and want to know about new feature of D365 for migrating. Can I use trial version ?
Second Q is that is there any on premises version of D365 available?
If I have 20 user licenses which consists 10 Enterprise and 10 functional then what will be in D365?

Yes, an on-prem version is available.

To my knowledge the minimum is 20 Enterprise licenses with d365FO
