Hello everyone,
I am facing the issue as below.
When customers make the orders on Shopify platform with Duty fee, everything works fine and all of the orders can be integrated to BC.
All of them can create the corresponding sales orders.
However, all of the sales orders amount WITHOUT the duty amounts.
With below two pictures as the example, how can we capture the Duty Fee amount 86.45 in Business Central ?
