GP2013 Save Operation on Table UPR_MSTR 45

Posted on by 2,990

Hi,

My client just upgraded to GP2013 and now when they try to save employees, they get the error: "A Save Operation on Table UPR_MSTR 45"

I saw an old post that said that the UPR40600 is missing. It is not. The client did do some clean up on their GP install - at one point someone had chosen to install every module - regardless of whether they used it. The customer does not use PDK or Advanced payroll or HR.

What to do? Thanks.

Linda

The best way to trace the error would be running SQL Profiler just before the "Save" button is clicked. You will determine exactly which stored procedure is causing this error to occur.

Another suggestion for a similar case regarding UPR master table on the following reference Procedure zDT_UPR00100U error: Invalid object name

    Hope this helps,
