Error Uninstall visual Studio Tools

Hi,

Please help me I have problems to uninstall visual studio tools, it generates the following error.

previously uninstall the visual studio tools that existed from the control panel, uninstall the visual studio 2015 and install the visual studio 2013 that read the problem, without favorable results.

    Have you tried to find the file which is mentioned in the error log that can contain more details? "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Setup Logs\2019-11-19 10-13-12\Components64 Log.txt"

    Yes I checked it, but I did not find something additional to help me identify why it does not let me uninstall the visual studio tools of the AX 2012.

    I enclose the parts where the word error exists, since when uploading the entire file, it fails to send.

    I hope you can help me out with this error.

    HI,

    There is a small statement about help files. I don't know the root cause nor how to mitigate this. Have you checked if all components are on the same cumulative update version? Potentially, you can create a support ticket for Microsoft Support.

    Thank you, review that previous forum and at that time only the visual studio.

    Currently, I have already managed to remove them, absolutely everything that visual studio has to do is be de-painted and there the ax development tools can be unraveled, and then install what is needed.
