Re-index CRM files linked in SharePoint after "HTTPS" update

We have integrated Dynamics CRM to SP using list items.

Recently we enforced "https" on SP for better security, however we've noticed that the files that were uploaded to SP through the Dynamics CRM documents option are broken and can't open. Is there a way to re-index these files as they're are really important?

Have you updated the SharePoint Site record(s) with the new URL (which is using https)?
