Posted on by 10

Dear All,

Business has created a TO and shipped the goods by the time they recieve the goods they deleted the TO by mistake. Now all the items are stuck at in transit location.

I am ok to get this goods in either of the location. But want a safe solution for the same.

    Hi Darshan,

It shouldn't be possible to delete it in the standard application. Do you know how it happened? You can try to use a transfer journal to get the items from the transit warehouse to the destination.

Also look at other similar threads. Potentially also a developer would be able to recreate the transfer order

    Hi,

Can't you manually move them using a movement journal?

Note: next time do not use abbreviations that are not absolutely clear, as other community members might use them for something totally different

    Thanks

    Ludwig
