MPOS not Activating

Dear All,

I am trying to activate MPOS not while activating below error is showing

    Hi Muhammad

    Thank you for contacting Microsoft Communities.

    The issue which you are facing occurs when you have done a db refresh from one environment to another and have not made changes to the Commerce Shared Parameters>> Identity Providers, please see the below link and configure accordingly
