Edit Legal Entity, Address, How can add the "Role" in Purpose such as "Manufacture"

I am not sure that I understand the requirement but I think that you would like to add a new purpose, am I correct?
If so you need to modify the standard BaseEnum LogisticsLocationRoleType with a new enum value for your field Manufacture. Remember to create a high value when modifying standard enum to prevent problems in the future.
