Purchase Credit Memo already exists

Our user faced issue when she tried to post purchase credit memo, one pop up message "Purchase Credit Memo xxxx already exists", I checked "Posted Purchase Credit memo" and only see previous number not include she tried to post number. She mentioned to me she can post before and she cannot post anymore even she create any new "Purchase Credit Memo".Screen-Shoot-1.pngScreen-Shoot-2.png

    If this is NAV, then you must update manually change the Document NO. in Purchase Cr. Memo Header table for last posted document no. to the one increment e.g if its 147308, make it 147309 or make it 147310, and then try to post a new document.

    Felix,

    Adding to what Burhan replied... As you are in BC, the message points me to an error by a User who changed the Last No. Used value in the Posted Purchase Credit Memo. Go to the No. Series and update the Last No. Used to the PCN-001992.

    As for the Posted Purchase Credit Memo page not showing the PCN-001992, do you have a filter set so not all No. appear. Just a thought there.
