Hello,
We have a Management Reporter BS report which works fine across
all other companies
However in one particular company the MR does not pickup the
‘Retained Earning’ account. I am using Account Category in the MR.
I tried the following to establish that the problem is in
the account itself.
Use the account itself in MR - not picked up
Set Account Category as Retained Earning for some other
account – Account is picked by MR
Change the Account Category of 'Retained Earning' account (the
account which is not being picked up ) to something else – Account is not
picked up by MR
This company was created using copy function in the PSTL,
however I have other companies which were created with same tool working fine.
Can someone pls advice
What could be the problem
Where can I look to fix this is it possible this account is
having some issue in the tables ?
Since there is a opening balance from 2011, I am in a fix don’t
have any choice unless I can create a new account and transfer the balance from
2011 to the new account can this be done ?
