Hi,

I have configured German(Deutsch) language in my customer voice survey and when I preview the survey, I can see the language in the dropdown menu and I can switch it successfully.

When the survey email is sent out, the language is missing from the dropdown. Moreover, the browser shows that the page is in German and asks if translation is needed, but in the background, the language is still English.

Why is it behaving this way? and how can I identify the root cause of this issue?

This was happening because I was referring to the form and project id from another environment where I hadn't made the language changes yet. Correcting this configuration resolved the issue for me and I am able to see the languages.
