Time Sheet page reverted from page 973 to page 950

It looks like the Feature for the V2 Time Sheet was removed but the code is still looking for it to tell whether the V2 Time Sheet page (973) is enabled.  Since the Feature isn't in the list, it reverts back to the previous Time Sheet Card page (950) which is marked for deletion in future versions.
