Unified Service Desk - Move Cursor (Set Focus) on field

Hi, All.

I have MS Dynamics CRM 2015 On Premise + Unified Service Desk installed.

In my configuration I want to realize following sequence of user actions.

1. User is opening a new Lead session and a new tab with lead form.
on this step Agent Script is also launching.

2. User is choosing one of answers, and the cursor (or focus) stands on the required field control

navigating the user to enter value into this field.

Could you advice me please, what should I do in Action Call - to realize this functionality?
For example - I want functionality like on this video at 21:47

    Hi,

I think you can use RunXrmCommand action and insert javascript which will run in the form and set the focus through the javascript.

    Hello again :)

Not sure how far it works.. a thought..

Why can't you add another action call for the same answer with action "RunXRmCommand" and use the Xrm's control.SetFocus() method to set the focus on your required control.

Only doubt is, This solution may not work if your page is still loading, but If you are trying to execute this command on your lead which ideally supposed to load by the time you click this answer then it should definetly work.

    Happy coding !!

PS: Not pretty sure how far it work but as i said its just a thought.. worth giving a shot..

    Hello again, Srikanth)

Thank you for your advices, you are a real professional)

I created an Action Call with RunXRMCommand  Xrm.Page.ui.controls.get("AttributeName").setFocus()   and it works.

But to successfully set focus to required control the cursor should be set on any other field in the hosted control which runs XRM command  - if no - then nothing hapenns.
