Signature - HTML logo scaling

Hi, 

I have written a HTML code for signature to be used in the CRM system. However, I am running into to some issues when it comes to scaling of the logo when a case is being sent. 

This is the code I have used for image:

This is how it appears in the timeline after is has been sent.

Does anyone know if it is possible to lock the image so it does not scale up?
