
I am using server-side sync on D365. I only want to track email messages sent from CRM that are generated by workflow. When I deployed to prod it showed EVERY USERS emails which is a huge security risk. How do I stop this?

Every person can configure which emails they want to track in Dynamics 365 automatically, in their personal settings.
If you would like to change this setting on behalf of other users, I recommend the 'User Settings Utility' that comes as a part of the XrmToolBox
( https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/ ) which allows you to bulk edit other users' personal preferences, as long as you are a System Administrator
