RE: How do I only track emails sent by CRM
Hello,
Every person can configure which emails they want to track in Dynamics 365 automatically, in their personal settings.
- Sign into Dynamics 365
- Click the gear icon in the top right (next to user name)
- Click 'Options'
- Switch to 'Email' tab
- Change the 'Track' value to the desired setting
If you would like to change this setting on behalf of other users, I recommend the 'User Settings Utility' that comes as a part of the XrmToolBox
( https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/ ) which allows you to bulk edit other users' personal preferences, as long as you are a System Administrator
