We currently struggle with creating marketing lists in Dynamics and would like to pick your brains on how to improve it.

We currently create a marketing list and then need to add contacts one by one, as it seems there is no upload functionality. Which I can`t believe, can you advise on this?

You do not need to add contacts one by one to a marketing list in Dynamics.

Best ways to bulk add:

Import Wizard: Import contacts from Excel/CSV and add them directly to a marketing list during import.

Advanced Find: Search/filter contacts, select all, then use "Add to Marketing List" for bulk adding.

Dynamic Marketing Lists: Use rules/criteria so contacts are added automatically.
