I had tried to alter the CRM db by adding an new column in (Account) to via query it will be added to the accountbase table and when I tried to find that column in filteredaccount table it will not be available in that table. Filtered views are from this filteredaccount table only so that you cannot add a column an find in the filtered views
Or else, you can try a another approach that create a field in the form and hide that then you will be able get that filed value both in the filtered table and base table of the respective entity

Altering SQL Views of CRM DB is not recommended by microsof, because while upgrading to upper version you may get into troubles.
