Credit limit control in Sales Hub

Hi D365 for Sales Experts,

Is there any standard way in D365 Sales where we can stop / notify users when customer credit limit is exceeding?

Example

Customer A credit limit = 10,000 USD

1 Order existed of 7,000 USD

When user try to create order from another quotation of 5,000 USD it should notify the user about the credit limit and do not allow to create order because the credit remaining is only USD 3000

    this isn't standard, but you could do this if you had some detail about remaining credit balance. So if you have credit limit and add a remaining credit field, then had an integration that updates that field, you could then use a real time workflow or plugin on close of the order to prevent them from buying something else.

    This is indeed a way.

    Since dual write is a way going forward for the integration, I am hoping that Microsoft will put this in their dual write features road map.
