Is there any method to remove all history transaction from all modules?
Thanks.

This can be done using 'Clear Data' under MSDGP>Maintenance>Clear Data.
But that will remove everything not just HISTORY.Right ?
Habib,
Clear Data will remove everything,to used Clear Data you need to know the exact history table. I will prefer to used "Remove History" option in Dynamics GP-->Uitilties. It will remove your transaction history. Make sure you read all help file and keep good backup of your database before running remove history.
Thanks
Sandip
Clear Data can be used selectively on just the History tables. The History tables are clearly noted within each Series. It's a quicker way to remove the history although you do need to have some knowledge of the table structure within GP.
If you're not comfortable using Clear Data, then Sandip's method is the way to go.
Dears, thanks for response
I tried the Sandip's method in test server but i have a little problem in
inventory, i can’t see the opening balance all records had been removed, i can
see the quantities but i don't know form where come this quantity without
opening balance, the items method setup is FIFO
And therein lies one of the downsides of removing history Muhammad. What are you trying to accomplish by removing history?
Thanks frank
What I need to do exactly is split the years like( 2008- 2009- 2010) each year in split data and company like ( xxx2009- xxx2010).
Muhammad
I have doubt if such option exists. Alternatively the long way; have 3 sets of data and then removing 2 years from 3 years' data and keep one, such as remove 2010 and 2009 from 2008 data set and the way to remove the Data would be; using Utilities and removing Module data one by one POP, SOP, GL etc.etc.
