Report headers display issue

I have 5 difference environments, each with their own reporting services. On all 5 environments the report generates to screen fine. But when the report is rendered to PDF I get some differences. On two of the environments, it renders fine. On the other three, they all have the same issue. On page two onward of the report, the header line of the tablix is only partially displaying, the top part of the letters are visible. The correct version should be not to show this line, but on three servers it is like it has not fully shrunk the row...?

The SQL server on all the servers are the same, and I cannot see any differences in the setup. What am I missing? Why would three servers create one result, and the other two a different result?

Tried this, in the off chance this might resolve the problem, but it did not change the PDF output.
