Hi All

I have noticed that after partially invoicing - The job Planning line is kind of locked for changing Price or description? Is there a setting or is this by design? If I compare this to Sales Order you can change after partial invoicing

Thank you for posting on the Forum.

I would anticipate that this is By Design. Because the Calculate Job WIP processes are dependent on the Sales Price and total Price under several of the Job WIP Mehtods, it would not allow the change. Basically, you cannot have 1 unit at 1 Sale Price and 1 unit at a different price because this cannot be captured on the single Job Planning Line. The best option would be to update the Quantity to 1 and then add a second line with an updated Unit Price for the 1 remaining unit.
