Dynamics Online Lookup Field from one table to the other missing in Power BI

Hello,

I need help with finding out what the relationship works from a table structure with reference to a lookup field.

I have created a new Entity called "Country" and make a lookup field on the opportunity to reference that table. However when I look at the table structure in Power BI I get a field named "new_countryid" 4dac465c-da01-e811-a955-000d3af451b4 (Which is Canada) but I do not see that field listed in the opportunity record as a reference.

Is there another entity connecting all the relationships which I need to add to do my N:N 1:N and N:1 relationships between my tables?
