As daniel says, there is no single ip address for the environment, please check it in official document.

We cannot find there IP addresses in D365 directly, but extract those IPs is possible.

if you open a command prompt and ping your environment's url, you'll get the IP that the environment has at that specific point in time. However, be aware that environments do NOT have a fixed IP,instead they're dynamic IP addressed provided by the service (PowerPlatform) and based on the region.
For example: if your environment is .Crm11.dynamics.com, this means your service is provided from UK. ON www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx you will get a JSON file with the list of IP ranges. Your environment IP will be on one of those ranges, for example:
IP 52.158.24.178 is included on the range "52.158.24.178/32"

The IP Address available in the sign in logs is the IP of my device.
I want to view the individual IP addresses of my sandbox environment and my production environment in dynamics CRM, do you know how I can go about it?

You cannot do this through Dynamics CRM. This is related to Active Directory.
