Adding attachments to Mail Merge not working

Hi Experts,

We are Using Dynamic 2016 online and the Dynamics 365 Client for Outlook. The mail merge function is working fine until I try to add an attachment to the mail merge.

The email never gets sent, it is sitting in the user’s outlook drafts folder. it's Works fine with no attachment. is there some other setting to fix this issue?
