In Unified interface of Dynamics 365, i am not able to find form selector for entity while in web interface it is available.

Why so? How can I get it in Unified interface?

Screenshots attached from customer service hub. I am l'll confused that form selector is available in sales hub contact while in other unified interface it is not available.

    Hi Divyani,

I did some tests: I had the same behavior as you but was able to fix this by configuring the security roles associated with each of the forms:

Henry Thanks for the answer, it worked.

But, can you help me a little more.

As seen in the below image I have selected all form for work order, but still the selector is not available in work order. Also, done with save and publish

    Hi Divyani,

Both of your screenshots actually display the Unified Interface and not the legacy web client.

In a Unified Interface app, such as the Sales Hub, Customer Service Hub or any custom app that you create, you can define for each entity the list of forms that you want to enable in the context of that app.

You can either enable all forms or handpick the ones you want to display in the app designer.

This is documented in this article:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../create-design-forms

Also, be aware that you can also associate forms with Security Roles to restrict the number of forms a user has access to: docs.microsoft.com/.../assign-security-roles-form
