Hi all,

Is it possible to clean up the unsent outgoing emails automatically?

The reason why I asked is when we refresh the DB from PROD to the sandbox, sometimes we found the unsent emails from PROD were accidentally sent.

Hi LB developer,

There is a cleanup batch job, but that will default the days for history to 30, when the parameter is setup to be 0. In this case, you can create a SQL script or runnable class to delete the records from the sandbox environment.
