Word 2013 COM Add-in for Word Template not installing

I am installing GP2013 R2 on a new computer running Windows 7 Pro 64bit where Office 2013 is also installed.  I have installed the MS Dynamics COM ADD-In (MDGP2013_WordTemplateGenerator_FullInstall_R2).  However, it does NOT show in WORD 2013 so I can add fields or a new XML file.  Therefore, I cannot edit my templates.  Yes, I am looking at the Developer ribbon.  Yes, Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime is installed.  Please help with getting this piece to show up in my WORD 2013 version... see on the right, this is not installing for me.

    The images I inserted did not show up, they are the same as this post:  dynamicsgpblogster.blogspot.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-gp-add-in-for.html  

    Only I am trying to get WORD 2013 working, not WORD 2010.  Thank you!

    I've solved my problem.  Basically it was by following these instructions:  community.dynamics.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-gp-add-in-for-microsoft-word.aspx

    On the DVD GP2013 R2, find Ad Products then run the Setup.exe under "BITemplateMapping"  It will install the Visual Tools and then the MS Add-In for Dynamics GP!

    I couldn't find any instructions that led to this destination in ANY of the installation manuals.  Shame on you again MS! :)  Anyways, hope this helps someone that may have fallen in the same hole I did. :)
