Dears, while performing the shipment confirmation after work order picking and completion getting below error for few orders. Can anyone help to fix it.

Hi,

After a debug in the code, we found where was the issue:

You must have the name of the final expedition location type (in warehouse management parameters) = location type of the exit location (baydoor) = location profile ID of the exit location (baydoor)

Warehouse management/Setup/Warehouse Management Parameters;

Warehouse management/Setup/Warehouse Setup/Location profiles

Further down to my investigation I found, when for a same TO line in case quantity allocated from multiple batches the same happening. I have tried with KB 3216598, but still issue the same.

HI Mr. Fatih, for all the records I have picked transactions and TR lines are matching with load and work order lines.

Hi Roobesh,

Please go to Inventory transactions form, and filter the records by your workid.

Do all the transactions have a issue status of "Picked"? If not, and if you are not using packing functionality then this is your issue.

If that's it then please check my reply in this thread to see if that is the case: Cannot confirm Shipments: Some of the items that are needed for load have not yet been picked and moved to final shipping location

Hi Roobesh K,

What is the status of the load?

It should be loaded. Also check if the load header has "Invalid" check mark checked?

Make sure the load is not marked "Invalid"
