Adyen debug log

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi all,

I installed Adyen standard connector.  It works but I noticed that I don't have "Debug" & "Adyen" folders in my Event Viewer.

What do I need to do for the "Debug" & "Adyen" folders to appear in Event Viewer ?

I only have "Admin" & "Operational"

    HI NZDev

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

You should Right Click on Commerce-ModernPOS>>View>>Select Show Analytic and Debug Logs

2)You would also need to enable to Debug log:

All the Adyen related logs will be captured under "Debug".

Filter the logs for the event id's "7600-7699" and you should particularly look for the Event IDs 7670 (request) and 7671 (response).

This should give you the information about the Adyen calls.

    Kind regards

    Surya
