Hello Johnson - This error may occur when you are missing some symbols or dependencies for your extension. You may need to download and install the latest symbols for your Business Central version.
You need to do download symbols in AL.
And before you do that make sure that your launch.json file is correctly configured.
Hi, it looks like you are missing the application property setting in app.json.

PS: This is what changed in BC17.
Dynamics 365 Business Central: Dependencies setting to the System Application and Base Application has changed in the app.json file since BC17.0
