Has the show emails not tracked in Dynamics 365 in the Activities list function been removed?

Hello,

Our organization transitioned to the Unified Interface this past Friday and one of our users noticed that this feature is no longer showing in the timeline/conversation tab. We can see the toggle is set to "yes" in the personalization settings under email but those emails or the ability to track seem to be no longer available.

Hopefully this make sense. Anyone else having this issue?

    The "Sales Team Member" app isn't the right one (it's a lightweight version for Team Member licenses scenarios).

    Online. I was able to find the Dynamics 365 Sales app module for Sales Team Members but there is no change area. The roles may not be configured so I can see about setting up the roles and going from there based on your link.

    Are you online or on-premise?

    If you're online, if the settings are not present in your "Customer Engagement Hub" app, they might be available in a distinct "Sales Hub" app.

    Thank you. We are using the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement hub not Sales. The change area in the link provided is not available.

    Hello,

    Can you check if auto-capture has been correctly setup on your environment?
    Maybe some settings have changed between legacy web client and Unified Interface.
