I basically have no support because of the current economic problems. I need to find how to use the financial statements that people say are with the GP program. The quick financial statements have no way to determine the correct dates for which you need the information. I read there are 193 statement forms for use with Excel, however I don't know where to find them. When I try Advanced Financial Statements the old forms go away? Any and all help will be much appreciated.
Thank You

I have the same question (0)Roger, most companies utilize FRx or Management Reporter (depending on the GP version you're on) for financial statements. However, in the absence of either of those tools, you should be able to use the AFA (Advanced Financial Analysis) reports. To change the date range for the reports, you go Reports>>Advanced Financial, select the report to open, then in the Report Definition window, click the Layout button. Once in the Layout window, double click on the column header (C1, C2, C3, etc) to change the settings for that column. Here is where you change the date. When you're done with the changes, close that window and Save. Then close the other AFA windows. Now, go Reports>>Financial Statements and run your reports from there.
Hope this helps,
