Missing time register of a user who log in to system

I could see some transaction conducted by an ID and this ID user set up already set as time register tick. But when I go to the time register I could not see any time register. Previous month there are record. Only for the recent month. Any advise why?

    Looks like it is a Permissions issue.  There is some discussion on this here:
