Cannot create a record in alerts - record already exists

Hello Teams

I want to add a user into the organization, I got this error to approve a workflow on user request for a worker after I refresh the workflow history,

And what caused the error so as to aviod it.

Error:

Stopped (error): X++ Exception cannot create a record in alerts - event inbox data (EventInboxData). Inbox ID : 5637144685. The record already exists. at

Thanks so much for your feed back.

But am working on only the functionality and I can't access the back end or technical function

I still get the error after I clean up the batch job history and notification clean up.

Please help with the error solution
