We are using Click Dimensions (v9.2.4) for marketing with CRM 2016 on-premise. As ours is not an IFD, it uses an application provided by CD named SBRC which acts as an intermediary between CD Azure end points and our CRM.
We are having fair bit of issues working with the CD application and seeing a number of errors to use even the basic functionality e.g. create/update an email template. We have a feeling the application works well with Cloud/IFD solution but not that great with non IFD of CRM. Unfortunately we are not getting the level of support we would expect of CD.
I am very interested to know your experience if you have used CD on premise with a non IFD setup. Please share your thoughts.
