Microsoft.XRM.Tooling exception

Dear Experts,

i am trying to write one plugin but getting below exception whenever plugin executes. kindly advice what could be the cause of issue. 

CRM Version is CRM 2016 8.1

    this error means your plug in project is referencing this DLL  (Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.Connector) and system can not load this file, if you need this DLL please use ILMerge to include this DLL in your plug in assembly..
