Print Preview & Priniting not working in client machine

Hi All,

   I have some Customized SSRS reports and Version AX2012 RTM.

    The Report is working fine in AOS Server. While running the same report from client machine, report bringing the data and if we give the print report is not printing and Print Preview is not showing Print format of that Report (File-->Print-->Print Preview.). More Over The Print Preview is showing Print format in Visual Studio 2010.. But other customized reports are working fine(Print & Print preview).

please help me to sort out this issue and let me know, if any questions.

    Hi Muthusamy,

    Is the report started by a user which has a standard role? Then also try to run the report with the system administrator role assigned. If it is related to one machine/user, then try to reset usage data and remove user cache files from the client (*.auc, *.kti). These are located in the \userfolder\appdata\local directory.

    I Have same issue Print preview is not showing while printing order with AX 2009 RTM

    I tried your solution but didn’t worked.

    Same thing working on another desktops.

    What could be problem?
