
After creating a campaign and attempting to send a Email (Mail Merge) Activity to a Marketing List, the MS Word document started to spin each of the contacts within the email content as required making it appear as though the emails were preparing to send. But, after reviewing our email 'Sent' box or 'Outbox' there are no emails passing through and sending. We are wondering if it is possible for these emails to get stuck? As we dont want to attempt it again and end up sending 2 copies of the email to leads.
Also, after reviewing the campaign using CRM Online, the 'Marketing Lists' and 'Campaign Activities' tables keep 'Loading Records..." which makes me believe something is stuck.
Anyone else experience this issue? Should I be waiting? What is the next step from here?

What does the status of these emails state ? Can you send a normal email and check if that is going out. Are you using the email router or the Outlook Client.
