Migration From Dev To Production account

I need to migrate my production account to developer account without any data loss how to do that. I have lots of contact, lead and many records in Production account i created and updated many workflow and did java script customization in developer account i need to migrate only the updated changed in production without deleting the all records in production. Please suggest any answer i am in critical position now. I am using MSCRM 2016 Online.

First you can import an unmanaged solution containing all the latest customization from sandbox to production. Then you can shift all customization and data from production to sandbox. Check this link
