E-mail activity not showing up in Leads but only Accounts/Contacts

Hi,

I am having trouble with the Activity Pane in Leads.  When I send an e-mail activity through Outlook it only syncs with Activities in Accounts/Contacts but not Leads.  In options, I have it currently set to track ALL e-mail messages.  The correct Lead is showing up under Related Records in sent e-mail but it´s not syncing with CRM Activities for some reason.  Can anyone help me please? :)

    Gylfi,

This might be possible because of filters added for synchronization or security issue..

    Here are more details

hope this will help you to solve your problem..

The filters don´t have anything regarding Leads or E-mail Activity.  See picture above.  I am also the Administrator so I don´t see how this is a security issue.  I have read through all of the posts but nothing that I came across worked.  Could you please explain in more detail for me what could be causing this?  I can upload more images from our CRM if that helps.

.................and here below you can see that Activity isn´t in Leads but as soon as I qualify to Contact/Account then it shows up there.

I think you are missing regarding field..

set regarding to Lead record and try..

Yes but when I send an e-mail to an existing Contact in CRM it also says NONE for Regarding.  But in that case, the e-mail activity IS showing up in Activities for Contacts.  I don´t want my salespeople to keep having to SET REGARDING for every lead.  It should be automatic.

    Any other ideas please? :)
