Hi i have a mhtml file stored in my machine
I want it to be opened on clcik of a ribbon button
Please guide the procedure or steps

Hi Pallavi,
Add JavaScript action on button command and using JavaScript function you can open your mhtml file..
You can use Great tool Ribbon workbench www.develop1.net/.../Ribbon-Workbench-for-Dynamics-CRM-2011.aspx
to add ribbon button or modify existing button, and add/modify command, and add javascript function.

I used ribbon workbench itself.. Made a button..
On the button i binded a command which had a opem url action..
I provided the link where my .mhtml file was stored.. But it doesmt do anything..
Can u please gelp on how to do that.. Or if we havr to use javascrip how we have to open .mhtml doc

I think you are using url like c:\...\document.mht
instead of that either you can put this document into IIS and give website url like http://localhost..
or try by adding javascript and open document from javascript..
