There was an error with this field's customized event. How do I fix this on mobile app?

Upon opening an Opportunity from the Dynamics 365 for phones mobile app, I receive the following message. When I click OK, it goes away, but it comes back every time I load an Opportunity. I imagine there is some setting that's causing it to pop up, but I can't figure out where it's coming from, and I don't see a Web Resource named Opportunity_main_system_library.js in Web Resources... Help!

On mobile app there is limit of fields that are available on form. CRM for mobiles only shows the first 75 fields of the form Please check whether this field i.e. "isrevenuesystemcalculated" is on form in mobile app.

Preeti,

That field is hidden from the Information form, and therefore it is not on the web form or mobile app form. Any other suggestions?

I have also tried removing some fields to see if it was because the form had reached 75 fields, but that also did not solve the problem...

Hi jsj2012,

Can you please check if this field occurs on mobile form whether it is hidden or shown.

If not then place this field on the top of the fields in form and make it hidden and then check.

Hi jsj2012,

The web resource 'Opportunity_main_system_library.js' is an internal system JavaScript. From the error, this script is trying to get the value from the field 'isrevenuesystemcalculated'.

As suggested above, please add the field on top,hide it and test again.

Some more info. This seems to be a product issue/ bug on specific CRM version. However as this is CRM online this should have been fixed.

"CRM for Phones App throws errors when the Revenue field isn't on first five tabs of the form."
