How to Connect Power BI Service to BC

Hi:

I have access to a client's BC environments, and I'm a "SUPER" user in both environments.

I have installed the Power BI Finance App for BC in my Power BI Service.

My Power BI Service, however, is not tied to the client's Power BI Service despite the fact that my e-mail address is successfully tied to the client's BC environment.

So, the refresh in the Finance App is failing. It's pulling in only CRONUS sample data.

In fact, the client's Power BI Finance App is not pulling in any data. I'm trying to help with this issue.

How do I connect my Power BI Service to the client's Power BI Service.
