Hi experts,

When configuring IFD for a dynamics crm server having multiple organizations, do we need to have the certificate include the SAN name for all the organization or can have it only for those organization on which we want to enable IFD ?

We have a situation where we want to enable IFD only for one of the organizations and not all.

Regards,
Nishant Rana

Got the answer from the MVP Experts -

The IFD would be at deployment level so would apply to all the org.

The other orgs can keep using the internal URL.

For the other orgs that don't need IFD, not publishing the external DNS for them should be one of the ways, block at the firewall could be other.
