'Service Ledger Entry Does not exist' error.

While using function ' Create service contract invoices' , Service ledger entries are not creating without using filters, i.e Customer no. or Contract no.

The service ledger entry no. 304297 does not exist. There is no customization, this is standard object.

Hi,

As Marco said, it is a good idea to draft the SR.

I have a couple of years of experience with Service Module, but I have never encountered such an error.

When creating a service invoice from a service contract, a service ledger is created. This in itself is a standard specification and is not strange.

I hope your problem will be fixed.

I raised a case with Microsoft, they recognized the error as bug.
