Hide Business Process Flow using Plugin in D365 instance

Posted on by 275

Hi,

Our instance have been upgraded to D365 and there is a plugin that removes Business Process Flow to records when a criteria is met which is working before the upgrade.  Apparently after the upgrade it is now not working.  Is there a way to make it work again, is there any other way to do this?

Thanks,

    Hi Macoy,

How did you remove the BPF from a record in Plug-in, have you refreshed the page after your criteria meet? And checked if the BPF id still exist in this record after Plug-in execution?

    Thanks
