This seems to be tied to update 21.3.5. I was attempting to setup a new web service to a page. +New gives a blank line but I cannot interact with it. If I click on another line, the blank line follows and temporarily replace that line's information.
If I exit and try again, but this time go to edit an existing line, the line cannot be interacted with, and the information of that line will then follow and replace the information of any line clicked on until I exit the page again.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is this a permission problem?
