Workflow hierarchy logical issue

I'm trying to think about a solution to flow below:

In this case, a team have 2 managers. I need to use the hierarchy.
Is it possible to setup a worker to report to 2 managers in the same level?
Is it possible to do this workflow in AX?

    Hi Rafael,

    If you make it more abstract, can we assume that all managers of a certain team should approve? Then the reporting team could have two managers and the AP team has one?

    A worker itself can only have one manager in the position hierarchy. Using workflow configurations, you can achieve some setup, but then the rules should be as general as possible.

    I know this is not something nice being said by me (if you are not a developer). when nothing works, one thing works i.e "Custom Workflow Provider"
